Refund policy

We really hope you love our products as much as we do! We check every product as it leaves to make sure they are perfect. If for any reason you are unhappy please let us know straight away at hello@saabuni.co.uk and we will be very happy to assist you. 

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note, for hygiene reasons, we do not accept change of mind returns.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@saabuni.co.uk with your original order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note, any promotions, including 'free delivery' are offered as a discount. For this reason if items are returned that take your order value under the promotional criteria (e.g. <£25 for free delivery) then the discount will be adjusted from your refund value.

Furthermore, we require a tracking number and proof of delivery when you return the item in order to be able to process your refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Non-Delivery Of Items

If your order is returned to us by our courier, due to one of the following issues:

  • Address incomplete or inaccessible
  • Addressee has moved/not available
  • Delivery attempt failed

You may either request a refund or you can request for the item to be resent out to you. Both options will be subject to postage fees.
