Packaging 

We take our environmental impact very seriously. For this reason, all our products and transportation methods are as eco-friendly as possible. Our commitment to you is we will always use recyclable, biodegradable or reusable packaging. Where this isn't possible, we have committed to finding suitable alternative eco friendly packaging. This includes our product packaging, as well as our shipping packaging and tape. If you receive seed paper with your order, we will only write in pencil because the graphite in the pencil biodegrades. We will also re-use parcel boxes we've had deliveries in so we are extending the shelf life of it and building on our ZERO Waste ethos. If you'd prefer to have your orders delivered in standard jiffy bags and/or boxes instead, please let us know with your order - these will also be 100% recyclable :)

When will it get here?

Our products usually take between 4-5 days to arrive but can take longer at busy periods such as Valentines Day, Ramadhan, Easter or Christmas. During Pre-order, please refer to the product page for details. If you are outside of the UK, Royal Mail Strike Action may affect delivery times.

Free Local Delivery

We do offer FREE local delivery for orders being delivered in Blackburn 7 days a week. These deliveries are usually same or next day depending on availability.  We also offer local deliveries to Bolton on Saturdays (all day) as long as orders are received before 7pm on the Friday prior.

Free International Shipping 

  • Europe = £10 for orders up to £100, FREE delivery for orders over £100 (3 - 17 business days).
  • USA = £20 for orders up to £100, FREE delivery for orders over £100 (3 - 17 business days).
  • Rest of the World = £20 for orders up to £100, FREE delivery for orders over £100 (3 - 17 business days).
  • Please note these prices may change from time to time due to wider Geopolitical, macro economic factors and tariffs.

International Shipping Info

  • All parcels shipped outside of the UK will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked Service or UPS.
  • A full address and contact number must be provided.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes.
  • Depending on the weight and volume, there may be an additional charge after checkout. If you refuse to pay this, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Duties and Taxes

  • Any applicable duties and/or taxes are charged once your order has reached the country, these charges must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges I'm afraid as they vary country to country. If you have any questions related to customs charges, please contact your local customs office. 
  • We have a duty to declare all items at their full retail price which can't therefore be altered. 
  • Any charges attributed to orders that are refused from Saabuni will be solely due to the intended recipient. This includes original shipping charges, import and custom fees and the cost of returning the parcel to Saabuni. This amount will be deducted automatically from your order refund. If the return fee is greater than the cost of the product purchased plus the shipping costs, the parcel will be discarded and your refund will be nullified.
