These Ayurvedic serums are a game-changer! My skin has never felt so smooth and hydrated. I love that they're vegan and cruelty-free, especially as you don't get that nowadays. Five stars!

Have Oily Skin?

If you have oily skin or struggle with breakouts, the idea of applying oil to your face may seem counterintuitive and overwhelming. However, incorporating our Saffron Oil into your skincare routine can actually be highly beneficial, even for oily skin types. Allow us to explain...

Balancing sebum production
Oily skin often produces an excess of sebum, leading to a shiny or greasy complexion. Surprisingly, using a lightweight oil like Saffron Oil can help restore balance to sebum production. When the skin is adequately hydrated, it signals the sebaceous glands to reduce oil production, thus diminishing excessive oiliness.

How does our oil achieve this?
It harnesses the properties of the Indian Barberry herb, which is renowned for its ability to reduce the production of skin lipids (sebum).

Maintaining hydration
There is a common misconception that oily skin doesn't require additional moisture, and applying a moisturiser may worsen the oiliness. As a result, oily skin often lacks proper hydration. However, our Saffron Oil contains an extract from the seed of the Blue Lotus, which serves as a natural skin moisturiser. Its properties mimic the skin's natural sebum, helping regulate moisture levels and promoting a healthier complexion.

Toning and nourishing
The inclusion of the Mahua flower in our oil provides it with cooling properties and acts as a skin toner. This ensures that your oily skin receives the necessary nourishment and maintains a balanced appearance.

If you have oily skin, we recommend starting with just one or two drops of Saffron Oil to assess its compatibility and observe the positive effects it can have on your skin.

What Is it Good For? Absolutely...a lot of things

The Illuminating Saffron Oil is a skin savior. Packed with saffron and other potent ingredients, it nourishes, brightens, and improves complexion. Its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties combat signs of aging, leaving your skin with a healthy and radiant glow.

Plus the 10ml version offers skin benefits with convenience with the smaller size allowing you to incorporate your skincare routine wherever you go.

How To Use

After cleansing with one of our soaps, and apply 1-2 drops of serum over the face and gently massage onto skin until absorbed, for best results allow it to work overnight.

You can also try using a Kansa wand for even more benefits.
