Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
Our products usually take between 4-5 days to arrive but can take longer at busy periods such as Valentines Day, Ramadhan, Easter or Christmas. During Pre-order, please refer to the product page for details.
Local Delivery
We do offer FREE local delivery for orders being delivered in Blackburn 7 days a week. These deliveries are usually same or next day depending on availability. We also offer local deliveries to Bolton on Saturdays (all day) as long as orders are received before 7pm the Wednesday of that week.

Free Delivery on all UK orders (4-5 days). Express Shipping (1-2 Days) is available for £3.99.

What are shower steamers anyway?
Simply put, they're bath bombs for your shower.
Add a steamer to your shower tray and you'll soon be basking in natural mood lifting scents.
What in the aromatherapy is this?
Yes that's right, we use essential oils in our steamers, which when activated, release natural scents that can help change your mood, from wanting to Wake Up or Focus to wanting to get some Rest or Romance or simply to Chill or feel better with Breathe.
How do you use it?
How long a shower steamer lasts depends on how much water it comes into contact with - the more water, the shorter the lifespan.
Steaming releases the scent and oils inside, so it's important to keep this in mind when using one.
After removing from the recyclable wrapper, simply pop the steamer on the shower floor or hung up in a cloth bag at face level. Avoid placing the steamer in the area directly under the water stream or it will dissolve too quickly. Check out the full how to video in the product gallery above.

Does it work?
100%! It works however it all depends on how long your shower is. If you don't spend a lot of time in the shower then shower steamers may not be for you. For best results aim for the steamer to finish in one or two showers.
Are they 100% Natural? Vegan? Cruelty Free?
Yes, yes and yes! All our products are 100% natural which means we don't use any artificial perfumes or fragrances, they are all vegan too and we ensure we check our full supply chain for compliancy with our ethical sourcing policy.
How are they packaged?
The postal packaging will be in recyclable packaging.
The steamers come in recyclable plastic wrappers. We are trying to source a more ethical packaging wrapper to keep your steamers intact whilst ensuring the scents don't diffuse away. Watch this space!
Does it fizz?
Just like bath bombs, our steamers fizz as they are activated by the steam and the water droplets. It's completely safe, you can even hold them in your hands!
Are they suitable for...?
Our shower steamers are suitable for adults. Use cautiously with children and not with children under the age of 3.
The Focus shower steamer contains Clary Sage essential oil which isn't suitable for Pregnant Women.
